Domestic Shipping (Within India)

At Naya Mitra Collections, we value your trust and strive to deliver your jewelry in pristine condition and on time. To ensure prompt and reliable delivery, we have partnered with a wide network of trusted courier services.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are typically delivered within 7–15 business days from the time they leave our warehouse, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

  • A non-refundable handling fee of ₹99 will be charged on all orders below ₹999.

  • Orders above ₹999 are eligible for free shipping.

Partial Cancellations

In the event of a partial cancellation initiated by the customer, a shipping fee of ₹99 will apply.

Order Lost or Cancelled

If your order is cancelled or lost in transit, we will refund the entire amount, including any shipping fees paid.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD services are currently not available for domestic orders.


International Shipping

We are proud to offer international shipping for our exquisite collection of imitation antique jewelry and temple sets.

1. Shipping Partners

All international orders are dispatched via reputed global couriers like DHL, FedEx, or India Post EMS, based on delivery location and urgency.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timeframe is 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and total order value.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for more details.

6. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS.

7. Refunds & Returns

We currently do not accept international returns or exchanges, except in cases where the item is damaged in transit. In such cases:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is required as proof for a valid claim.
